This page explains how to request deletion of your Lunio account and associated data.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the Lunio app (fastest):
- Open the Lunio app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — By email:
- Email lunio.software@gmail.com from the address on your Lunio account.
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- Include the email address used for your Lunio account.
We will process email requests as soon as reasonably possible, typically within a few days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize data tied to your account, including:
- Account and profile information (e.g. name, email)
- Business settings and client records you entered
- Payment history and SMS message history stored for your account
- Membership / subscription records associated with your account in our systems
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required by law, for fraud prevention, security, or accounting (for example, billing records we are legally required to keep). Retained data is limited to what is necessary and is not used for other purposes.
